Silk is the founder and director of Hub Corporate Services. He has more than 20 years of regional experience in the field of corporate turnaround and financial advisory. He has worked with companies in Malaysia, Indonesia, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Singapore.

Silk assists enterprises at different phases of the transaction cycle. He provides strategic advice on investment entry including sourcing of opportunities, due diligence, structuring and negotiation; post-deal advisory including interim monitoring and management, restructuring and corporate governance; and development and implementation of exit strategies for investors. He has industry experience in numerous sectors including property development, telecommunications, hotels, retail, distribution, manufacturing and construction.

The formative years of Silk’s career was with one of the largest accounting and business groups in Singapore, where he managed formal administration of companies. He successfully managed many complex assignments which include due diligence assignments of PRC companies, forensic investigations in relation to management fraud as well as corporate restructuring of manufacturing and trading companies which are in distress situations.

Silk holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
